Sue Martenson, Billing Manager
Sue hails from the great state of Illinois and serves as our company manager and billing director. She was born and raised in Belvidere, Illinois; however, it was the 18 years living in Wisconsin that converted her to avid Green Bay Packers fan. Sue found herself in Florida after her fiancé accepted a new career opportunity in Central Florida, and has been with New Smyrna Beach Urgent Care, LLC ever since. When we give her time off, which isn’t often, Sue enjoys spending time with her family, reading, spending time outdoors, and a little shopping here and there. Stephanie Yelvington, Medical Assistant Team Leader
Born and raised in the Volusia County area, Stephanie Yelvington is one of the long-term members of our urgent care family—in fact she was Erin’s first medical assistant in 2010! Stephanie’s medical career started with attending Daytona State and then she continued with EMT work and volunteer work for the fire department in Pierson. Although making it this far in her career is a huge accomplishment for Stephanie, an equally as impressive one is how she raised her daughters as a single mother. With her girls all grown up she now has six beautiful grandchildren whom of which she spends her time with when she’s not devoting her time to the clinic. Stephanie entered the medical field because she possesses a natural, raw love for helping people. She’s able to fulfil that passion while being in the warm, welcoming, patient first environment that we strive every day to achieve.
